PerformanceCentre provides software as a service which has been developed over the last four years and is based on real industry knowledge and understanding of incentive compensation management. It is not an Employee Management tool that has a primary HR function which has been expanded to take on sales or anything similar. It has been developed wholly and solely for the purposes of helping companies manage their employee/channel–partners related performance.
Background
PerformanceCentre is an international company, with its head office in Melbourne. PerformanceCentre is a privately owned, sister company of Solterbeck, Australia’s leading performance improvement company. Solterbeck’s first hand knowledge of the broader context in which a sales incentive management (SIM) system sits has been a key factor in making PerformanceCentre the most flexible, business-oriented SIM software available anywhere in the world.
In addition to software, PerformanceCentre provides consulting and outsourcing services to many of Australia’s most successful companies.
