Our mission is to work with companies to help them realise sustainable business benefit through the effective management of sales incentive compensation plans for employees and channel partners.
We provide an end to end solution incorporating incentive management design services and software as a service (SaaS). We believe that best results can only be obtained when our clients apply best practices to both design and implementation.

Background
PerformanceCentre is an international company, with its head office in Melbourne. PerformanceCentre is a privately owned, sister company of Solterbeck, Australia’s leading performance improvement company. Solterbeck’s first hand knowledge of the broader context in which a sales incentive management (SIM) system sits has been a key factor in making PerformanceCentre the most flexible, business-oriented SIM software available anywhere in the world.
In addition to software, PerformanceCentre provides consulting and outsourcing services to many of Australia’s most successful companies.
