Our Management Team

 

David Marshall – Managing Director

Prior to founding PerformanceCentre, David was Director of Blitz Incentive Marketing, which he established in 2001 and sold in 2004, and Incentives Manager at Optus where he developed and delivered sales incentives that were regularly assessed as world-best.

David is also the Sales Incentive Practice Leader for Solterbeck, an Australian company providing recognition and reward services to many of the ASX200.

David has successfully developed over 100 Sales Incentive Plans (SIPS). His experience spans multiple channel types for companies including Singtel Optus, Mayne, Dick Smith, American Express, AAPT, Virgin and Vodafone. He has also developed compelling performance incentive and recognition programs, designing the strategic Blueprints for clients such as BMW Financial Services. L.J. Hooker and IOOF.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne.

Andrew Price – Client Services Director

Andrew joined PerformanceCentre to manage the future direction and rapid growth faced as a result of the PerformanceCentre software. He developed his business, technical and management skills in the IT divisions of ANZ Bank, NAB and the Woolwich Bank (UK).

Andrew has particular experience in business process reengineering and matching required software solutions using robust project management and quality assurance practices. He is passionate about partnering with clients to identify corporate goals and strategies, enabling stakeholders to share and understand these goals and strategies, and deliver innovative solutions to ensure they are achieved.

Previous projects Andrew has worked on include referral and commission programs in the banking sector. These projects required getting the right information into and out of data warehouses in a timely and appropriate manner. This data was used in Payroll and HR systems for incentive payments and tracking as well as simple data reporting for Banking Executives, Management and Staff.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (Computing), from Victoria College in Melbourne, Australia.

Jerrold Poh – Software Development Manager

sales performance JerroldJerrold has been with PerformanceCentre since 2007 and brings over 6 years of experience in application and systems engineering to the company.

Prior to PerformanceCentre, Jerrold worked with Orion Health, New Zealands largest software exporter. Here, Jerrold developed his knowledge in software engineering and his strength in process, application security and patient privacy.

Jerrold holds a Bachelor of Technology (hons) in IT from The University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Robert Wilson - VP Global Channels

International Marketing, Sales, and Consulting.

For the last 25 years Robert has enjoyed working with Australian and European IT companies, locating Partners in the International market (40 countries) and managing the Global Partner Channels. Robert has extensive International IT marketing experience, mainly from a base in Australia, with periods working in the USA (BMS) and Germany (GEDYS), a year in Belgium (RDC), and three years in Great Britain (CREST). Robert studied Marketing at Queensland University and is a qualified Accountant.

 

Andre Vlcek

Sales Perfomance Consultant

As Managing Director of Sales Psychology Australia, Andre has implemented highly effective Sales & Marketing strategies for small, medium and large organisations; such as Diversified Exhibitions, Jones Lang LaSalle, Ericsson Australia, Brightstar Logistics, Coloplast Medical Devices and The Australian Wheat Board. Andre has extensive knowledge and experience across business to business, business to consumer and retail market environments - most recently he trained MYERS and Harvey Norman Retail Sales Staff on behalf of INTEL Computers.

Andre believes that, as a senior consultant, it is important to maintain his sales sharpness and as such undertakes formal study on a regular basis in Australia and overseas. Andre has Post Graduate qualifications in Sales and Marketing from Swinburne University. Andre’s Sales Management facilitation skills and knowledge base have been further enhanced through gaining accreditation in the United States of America to deliver advanced sales management training accreditation through The Prime Resource Group based in Minnesota and Behavioural Sciences Research Press in Texas.

Andre frequently speaks about Sales and Marketing strategy on behalf of The Executive Council (TEC). Andre was awarded the Best New Speaker Award for 2009 and is one of only a handful of speakers to have been awarded the prestigious ‘100 Club’ award for speaker excellence during the last 25 years. Andre is also a TEC Chairman of TPP 505 a specialised TEC group for B2B Sales Professionals who develop acquisition strategies in order to find and win more customers in the their respective markets.
