Data capture and system integration
PerformanceCentre provides a flexible tool for gathering all the data you need to measure sales peformance and manage incentive plans and programs. The system will import any type of data from any system in csv, xml, txt, xls formats. You can automate data feeds from your systems or load data via the administration interface.
Flexible data model
There are no limitations to the types of performance data required to be managed. Performance data is captured in a flexible data schema for easy access, referencing and faster calculation (as opposed to a more rigid relational database structure). PerformanceCentre integrates with a variety of systems:

Standard import settings
The system comes equipped with a set of standard administrator imports including payroll, participant, customer, team and product imports.
Data can be imported using standard import files of Excel, Text or CSV into an overnight batch load from the specified PerformanceCentre FTP server.
Import builder and custom reference tables
PerformanceCentre provides users with the ability to add their own reference tables.
